Wow! Apparently I’ve been dutch braiding other people’s hair this whole time when I thought I was french braiding..

This is super helpful, I always wondered why sometimes my french braid was “popped out” and sometimes in. People asked me how I did it, I was like, “what, there’s another way?” So, thanks!

BTW, you look ADORABLE in your ‘professor glasses’. Have you ever noticed that your eyes are the same color as the background? So pretty! You are such a pretty girl and if you were my sister I’d be all, “Kailey! (sorry if misspelled) Do my hair!” You are amazing!

Or you can put on black rubber bands and cut them of after you are done braiding.

Thank you so much! I’d never ever seen a 4 strand braid. You made it so easy that I didn’t even use the rubberbands and on on my second try it looked like yours!

I tried braiding a 4-strand braid without the 4 rubber bands. Fail miserably when trying to use all my hair
But I made it with half the amount of hair! Gonna practice until I master em’ and try the 5-strand braid next time. Thanks!! ♥

for 4 strands: I take the outside strand and go under the one directly next to it and over the one after that. then i take the other outside strand and reverse the process by going over the one directly next to it and under the next. So the process would be: UNDER, OVER-OVER, UNDER. But bother ways work
